It depicts a student being Tasered by police in the US, ostensibly for asking John Kerry an awkward question, albeit noisily. Nonetheless, it shows the dangers of the police becoming equipped to "control the public". Perhaps it is worth asking whether Taser equipped police will be deployed in the UK, for things like Party conferences or legitimate public demonstrations and protests.
